About Me

Hello to all! My purpose is to help athletes and others on a path of healing and growth, to achieve their goals. I have competed in many road races and trail races for about 13 years now and have studied the healing arts and alternative medicine for almost 10 years. I have also attended Massachusetts College of Art and the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth for my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Visual Design. I then completed my Therapeutic Massage certification at Bristol Community College, and have studied Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. I have also been certified in Sacred Stone Therapy as well as Mayan Abdominal Massage through the Arvigo School. Massage Therapy and other body work is the perfect blend of art and science, as is using the body athletically. 1 hope to guide one to understand that an artist, an athlete, and a healer resides in everyone.
